- To send you emails or texts about our classes, offers and news. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how people use our website and to show our ads to people who may be interested.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run The Method:
- Momence, our booking and client system.
- Squarespace, which hosts this website.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel and lead forms, so we can measure and show our ads.
- Google, to understand how people find and use our website.
These companies handle your information under their own privacy policies.
Physical therapy records
Health information from physical therapy care is protected under HIPAA and is handled separately, as described in the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive at The Clinic. We never use health information for advertising.
Your choices

- Reply STOP to any text message.
- Turn off cookies in your browser settings.
