A week at The Method

Three ways a week can look.

Find your level

  • Level 1 · FoundationsBrand new to this kind of training. We start with how to move safely and build from there.
  • Level 2 · FundamentalsFor beginners with some fitness experience and body awareness. A slower pace with lots of cueing and modifications. A good fit if you are returning from injury or pregnancy, or moving through a life change like perimenopause or menopause. On the schedule: Fundamental Lift and Fundamental Barre.
  • Level 3 · The Classic + The LiftOur full-length signature classes at a quicker pace, for clients with a good foundation, body awareness and knowledge of alignment and the moves.
  • 45 minutes · ExpressA quicker version of our full-length classes.
